What should I send for a product quotation?
Share the model or product photo, quantity, colour temperature, installation requirements, project location and target date. If a specification is still open, tell us what the space needs to achieve.
Can I send an enquiry from Europe?
Yes. English enquiries are welcome. Tell us the destination country and any required product documents so we can review suitable models, delivery arrangements and the support scope before an order is agreed.
How are delivery and after-sales support arranged?
Ask for the availability, delivery terms and warranty conditions for the exact products and destination. Please confirm these in the quotation; arrangements for a China-based order may differ from an overseas project.
Has this form sent my message?
